Jobs requests are sourced from established clients such as casting directors, journalists, production companies and photographers. New clients come our way through the internet or by recommendation. Acting and modelling projects are also sourced through Spotlight, the UK home of casting.
We are also members of Talent Directories who notify us on a daily basis of new projects in the UK and around the globe.
For straight forward requests, suitable children are automatically put forward by the agency. Many requests have strict requirements for which we normally send out notifications by email (on a daily basis) asking parents if they would like to participate.

We ask parents to fill out a simple, no-obligation application form (link below). We generally reply within 48 hours. If your application is successful we will ask you to formally register with the agency.
After setting up an account with us, you will be able to create up to 5 individual portfolios of your kids and your family. For example, if you have two children, then individual portfolios can be set up for each of them, along with a siblings portfolio.
We also have many jobs for families involving mums and dads, so you can create a family portfolio if this is something that interests you.

In line with current legislation, we do not charge representation fees to find work for you. There is a small fee (at the time of writing £55/year). This is an administration fee to register with the website. This fee is charged is for the design, upload and database maintenance of your portfolios on our website for one year.
Parents of over 4's who are serious about their child's career should consider joining Spotlight ( the fee is currently £98/year). Professional pics are expected for children over 4 years and not a bad idea for the under 4's.

The agency earns a commission on securing your work. We deduct just 25% commission on assignments. So, for example, if your baby or child has worked for two hours (our minimum booking) and has earned £60 per hour, we would invoice the client for £120.
When we receive payment, we would keep £30 (25%) and pay baby £90 (75%) This compares favourably to many other agencies who can charge considerably more.

When you register with us, you can choose to password-protect your portfolios. Your pictures and information cannot then be seen publicly on the website. Only logged in and vetted casting professionals will have access to the portfolios.
It's entirely your choice. Our advice is NOT to password protect your portfolios. If the portfolios are not password protected they will get a lot more industry viewings and consequently a lot more requests for auditions and casting.
Save-guarding your sensitive information is of the utmost importance to us. An example of this type of information is DOBs.
Some of the information on the portfolios can be seen by everyone eg hair colour. Other information, such as DOBs, can only be seen by registered and vetted industry professionals. Logged in parents can only see their own sensitive information and nobody else's.
When you make your initial application to join our agency, snapshots are fine - that's all we need to see.
There is a lot of advice on the web which says 'No, professional pictures are not required'. For kids aged 4 years and over, professional pictures are the norm in the industry. For under 4 years, they are not strictly necessary.
However, time and again, we find it is children with professional pics get shortlisted for work a lot more often than those without. Professional pics show how a child reacts in a professional studio, with strange people and strange flashing lights - pictures taken by parents on their mobile phones cannot do this.
Simply put, professional photos sell products and services. You need to give your child the best possible chance of getting booked.
A printed portfolio consists of an A4 or A3 book with plastic slip in sleeves into which portfolio photos can be inserted. Tearsheets from any magazine photoshoots can also be added. It is not essential but, as with comp cards, it is an extremely quick way to show off your child's talents to industry professionals during castings or auditions when they may be too busy to sit down at a computer and look at the online portfolio.
It is definitely worthwhile having printed a portfolio if you can afford the extra expense.
As part of the registration process, we will provide 5 FREE professional portfolio photos and a FREE comp card to go on your child's portfolio
Our parents are always delighted with this FREE portfolio service. The pages can be improved by adding additional pictures - up to 15 on the page. You are very welcome to provide your own additional pictures. There is also an option to purchase additional pictures taken during your visit to our studios.
Comp cards are also known as 'Z' or 'Zed' cards. A free online digital comp card is included on your portfolio pages. You can update the pictures and info on your model card at any point.
Our cards are A5 in size and show 4 portrait format pics of the model. They also contain the contact details of the agency who represents the model.
You will find that printed comp cards are very useful when you attend auditions and bookings where they can be handed out to industry professionals that may be interested in hiring your child for future assignments.
You can download these and print copies at home or ask us to print them for you
A lightbox is a tool used by admin and casting registered industry professional to make a selection of children for a particular job. Generally, they are only for use by casting directors and cannot be seen by the public.
We do sometimes publish a link to these pages to allow parents to see who has been selected
